The narration is well done, simple and easy to follow. However, the visuals are unimpressive. By nature of the topic, this program could be quickly dated, e.g., references to Clark and Trudeau. Recommended with reservations, maybe, but not that important! The inaccurate conversion of the metric/imperial measure used detracts from the usefulness of the work.
