Volume 13 Number 4
From the inimitable Radisson and Grosielliers to the multi-faceted modern-day company, the events in the evolution of the Hudson's Bay Company are documented, with pictures and narration covering the rivalry between the English and the French, and the Norwesters and the Bayers. The presentation is thorough, and integrates drawings with historical prints to present a visual record of Canadian development. The narration is equally thorough, although a faster delivery might be considered for many students. The guidebook is excellent and complete. Recommended.
