Volume 13 Number 4
Tale of the White Pine is informative and well produced. The visuals are clear and sharp, and the sound accompaniment is of good quality. Primary, junior, and special education students will enjoy this presentation dealing with the influence of the white pine upon Ontario's beginnings. The vocabulary however is quite difficult and not appropriate for kindergarten to grade 2. An enrichment group studying pioneer life would find this title an invaluable resource. Recommended.
