February 19th's Question:

If we leave out the Arctic Islands of the North West Territories what is the largest island in the rest of Canada?

Answer:

Although only the fourth largest island in Canada, the island of Newfoundland is the largest when those of the North West Territories are left out.

  1. Island of Newfoundland - 108,860 sq. km.
  2. Vancouver Island - 31,285 sq. km.
  3. Cape Breton Island - 10,311 sq. km.
  4. Anticosti Island - 7,941 sq. km.
