Editorial
CM announces new editor!
To the great relief of overworked managing editor Peter Tittenberger and
all of the volunteers who have been faithfully putting CM
together for the
last two months, CM has now hired a new editor.
And that's me. Hi, I'm Charmagne de Veer, Administrative Director of the
Association of Manitoba Book Publishers, former editor of Blizzard
Publishing's International Readers' Theatre script service, and a former
arts journalist in both Winnipeg and Toronto.
I'm extremely pleased to be joining CM, a magazine that is both
popular and
highly respected in Canadian publishing circles. CM is unique in
that it is
a combination of both a long-standing, well-established periodical and an
exciting new electronic publication.
I'm looking forward to working with all of the great volunteer reviewers
who make this magazine the success it is and hope that readers and
reviewers alike will feel free to email me with suggestions on how we can
work together to make CM the best it can be.
