excerpt:
Mr. Reez was a quiet little man who lived in a quiet little apartment. He was content with his
quiet life, reading his books, walking his quiet little dog, petting his quiet little cat. But sometimes
he would...sigh, "Nothing exciting ever happens to me."
Then one day Mr. Reez sneezed a tremendous sneeze which blew him right out through his
window and took him on some fantastic and amusing adventures until another sneeze blew him
back home.
The colourful, cartoon-like watercolour illustrations complement the text to make this an
enjoyable book for children from ages 4 to 8. As the reading level is too high for most children of
those ages and the humorous drawings will also appeal to older children, this book would be ideal
for sharing between pairs of younger and older students.
Recommended.
